This is an action for a divorce brought by Donald D. Neeman as plaintiff against Bessie, E. Neeman, defendant. Plaintiff was 40 years of age and defendant, 47 years of age. In his petition, plaintiff alleged that the, parties were married on August 20, 1949, and that there were no children born of the marriage.
