Defendant in error, Baldwin, brought suit against plaintiff in error railway company in one of the district courts of Texarkana under the federal Employers’ Liability Act (U. S. Comp. St. §§ 8657-8665) on account of injuries received by him while unloading United States mail from a car at Texarkana, Tex. Texarkana is a distributing point for mail that is carried there by the carload.
