BENHAM, Justice.
Appellant John Philpot and two others were charged with murder and other offenses arising out of the drive-by shooting death of Lisa Odell Mosby, along with the firing of gunshots toward Troy Mitchell, Anthony Floyd, and King Brown. The three co-defendants were jointly tried, and appellant and co-defendant Ernest Glass were convicted of all charges.
