Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Jesse Holdom, Judge, presiding. Appellant, The Hub, filed a bill in the superior court of Cook county against John J. Hanberg, county treasurer of that county, to restrain him from collecting certain taxes which had been extended against it by the county clerk of said county and for the collection of which appellee held a warrant. A temporary injunction was issued in compliance with the prayer of the bill.
