The proofs herein disclose that on March 29th, 1930, a bill of complaint was filed in this court praying that the defendant therein named, Summit Sweets Shoppe, Incorporated, be adjudged insolvent and a receiver appointed therefor; that divers proceedings were had in said suit resulting in said defendant being adjudged insolvent and a receiver appointed therefor by decree dated April 7th, 1930; that on April 10th, 1930, a notice of appeal from said decree was filed in behalf of said defendant; that on April 17th, 1930, the court of errors and appeals made an order staying the…
