Britt Construction, Inc., has filed a seven-count motion for judgment against Magazzine Clean, L.L.C., Thomas Magazzine, Milestone Construction Services, Inc., Keith A. Whitener, Eddy & Eckhardt Architects, Inc., and Philip R. Eddy.
