Background

Michael Deluca ("Mr. Deluca") and his now wife, Dawn Deluca ("Mrs. Deluca"), filed this action against Boston Police officers Peter Chu ("Officer Chu"), Robert Merner ("Officer Merner"), and Charles Moore ("Officer Moore") (collectively referred to as "Defendants").
