BOWES, J.:

¶ 1 Barry Vitow appeals the April 29, 2002 order granting summary judgment to Appellees, Jeanne R. Robinson, Herman E. Robinson, Philip E. Hughes, Jr., and Fox Park Corporation (“Fox Corporation”). We affirm.

¶ 2 On February 17, 1999, Appellant instituted this action against Appellees. Appellant is a former employee of Fox Corporation, where he worked from 1986 to 1998. Fox Corporation was owned by ten Fox Park Trusts, which were created by Mr. Robinson for the benefit of his daughters and grandchildren.
