The Board of Supervisors of Stone County, over the written protest of appellants, entered an order excluding the traffic in light wines and beer from the County. An appeal, on a bill of exceptions, was taken to the Circuit Court, which sustained the order of the Board of Supervisors. The case is before us on two argued assignments of error, and we address ourselves to them.
