Plaintiff, Security Insurance Company of Hartford (Security), appeals a district court judgment in favor of Glenn D. Rogers, garnishee in a prior suit entitled “Security Insurance Company of Hartford v. Russell Holliday, Sr.,” No. 171-354 on the docket of the Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, annulling and vacating that judgment issued against him on March 25, 1977. The judgment in the present case also ordered Rogers to pay $750 attorney -fees to Security and all costs of the garnishment proceedings as against…
