h The plaintiff, Shatara Harris (“Sha-tara”), filed suit for damages after she was struck by a vehicle driven by the defendant, Latiffany Latriee Dunn (“Latiffany”). Shatara sued Latiffany and her liability insurer, USAgencies Casualty Insurance Company, Inc. (“USAgencies”), as well as State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), the provider of uninsured / underinsured motorist (“UM”) coverage for the driver of the vehicle in which Shatara was a passenger.
