STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendanh-Appellant Marvin Graves (Graves) appeals his convictions of robbery, a Class A felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-5-1; criminal confinement, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-3-2; carrying a handgun without a license, a Class A misdemeanor, Ind.Code § 35—47-2-1; and auto theft, a Class D felony, Ind.Code § 35-43-4-2.5.

We reverse and remand for a new trial.
