THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea, filed October 29, 2015 (Doc. 148)(“Motion”). The Court held hearings on the Motion on November 10, 2015, November 23, 2015, December 2, 2015, and December 9, 2015.
