Knauf, doing business as Knauf and Weber Roofing Company (hereinafter referred to as Knauf), a general roofing contractor, Raymond L. Lutgert Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Lutgert), general building contractors, and Sidney H. Morris and Associates, Inc.
