The Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations granted defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint, which sought to modify and enforce the judgment of an Illinois court regarding visitation and child support ordered by that jurisdiction. Plaintiff appeals from such dismissal.
