*686This case arises out of a partnership in oil and gas operations. The partnership agreement was executed by Davis M. Love, plaintiff and appellant here,, Teena K. Wilson and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., defendants and appellees. Defendant and appellee Ralph C. Wilson, Sr., the husband of Teena K. Wilson and father of Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., acted as agent for his-wife in the matters about to be described.
