— The bill is one filed by the complainant, Mrs. Augusta Lohman, primarily to foreclose a mortgage on certain real estate, executed to secure money alleged to have been loaned by her to one of the defendants, Mrs. Louisa Bolman. The averment of the bill, as originally filed, was that the complainant was a widow.
