MEMORANDUM — DECISION and ORDER

Plaintiffs bring this action alleging that Wellpoint, Inc. (‘Wellpoint”) violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), as well as New York Labor Law § 650 et seq., and New York State Department of Labor Regulations, by failing to pay overtime compensation to nurses in its employ. See generally Dkt. No. 1, Compl. Presently before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motions to Amend the Complaint and for Approval of Consent Forms filed after the expiration of the notice period deadline.
