Moore, individually, and as next friend and father of Daniel Moore, a minor, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Kawasaki Motors Corporation, U.S.A.; Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corporation; Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as Kawasaki); and D & H Cycle, Inc.
