Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Cacace, J.), rendered August 3, 2010, convicting him of criminal sexual act in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, endangering the welfare of a child (six counts), and harassment in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
