WISDOM, Circuit Judge:
Harold S. Cheek, Jr., a resident of Florida, brought an action in a Florida court against Agricultural Insurance Company of Watertown, New York, and the Hanover Insurance Company of New York, alleging that the insurance companies are liable to him for the full amount of a judgment rendered against him by a Florida court in a personal injury action.
