Willis v. Swartz

Error to tbe Common Pleas of Dauphin county. This was an action of ejectment brought by William Willis to recover from Charles Swartz a small piece or strip of ground, fronting nineteen and one-half inches on State street, in the borough of Harrisburg, and extending in depth one hundred and seven feet six inches, at which place it is twenty-one inches in width.
