— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review, inter alia, a determination dated February 6, 1986, of the Board of Appeals of the City of Rye, which, after a hearing, granted an application for area variances, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Walsh, J.), entered November 19, 1986, which annulled that determination and denied the application.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
