Putzel Electric Contractors and its insurer CNA Risk Management appeal from an award of workers’ compensation in favor of appellee Allen Ray Jones. The award of the administrative law judge (“ALJ”) was affirmed by the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation (the “Board”) and the Superior Court of Bibb County.
