BRICKEN, Presiding Judge.

Upon the trial of this case in the court below, this appellant was convicted of the offense of grand larceny, and was sentenced by the court to serve an indeterminate term of imprisonment in the penitentiary.

There were numerous objections and exceptions on the admission of testimony; but it appears that the principal insistence of error is based upon the action of the court in refusing to defendant the general affirmative charge, and in overruling his motion for a new trial.
