— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered July 25, 1978 in Albany County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. Plaintiff, a real estate broker, has been successful in her action against defendant for a commission arising out of the sale of defendant’s premises to third parties.
