Appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Montgomery county, pronounced May 1, 1894, in a suit in chancery wherein the appellant was the complainant, and the appellees were the defendants.

The facts out of which this litigation arose are as follows:: On the 10th of March, 1884, Mrs. S. J. Anderson, the wife of Geo. W. Anderson, owned the estate in remainder in a. tract of about 1,100 acres of land in Montgomery county,, subject to the life estate of her husband therein, the title tn which life estate was then outstanding in the assignee in bankruptcy of the husband, and on that date Anderson and wife, by deed duly recorded, conveyed the wife’s estate in remainder to Scott and Marye, trustees, to secure to Robert Stiles the payment of $2,000.
