This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa dismissing a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief. The case arises out of a labor dispute between plaintiff, Irvin H. Whitehouse & Sons Company, a Kentucky corporation, and the defendant, Local Union 214 of Sioux City, Iowa, International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called Local 214 or the local union.
