LINDLEY, District Judge.
This appeal questions the validity of an order entered in the course of proceedings for reorganization of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company, under section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 205).
Appellants are two claimants, Wise and Taylor, who filed their petitions on April 10, 1936, relying upon section 77, subsec.
