In these four related interlocutory appeals regarding fraudulent inducement to sell certain mountain property, Dwight Payne, Rome Brokers, Inc., Nicholas D. Powers, and James M. Kelley (defendants) appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion for summary judgment, contending that the plaintiff, Elizabeth Warner Harbin, presented insufficient evidence to show that they conspired to convince her to sell the property at a depressed value.
