Plaintiff-Appellant, Union Bank of the Middle East, Ltd. (“Union Bank”), appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, (Holland, J.), dated February 20, 1990, denying in its entirety Union Bank’s claim to have the $954,306.81 debt of Defendant-Appellee, Jatinder Kumar Luthra (“Luthra”), declared nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) (“§ 523(a)(2)(A)”).
