Appellants, Mary and Michael Joyce, appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting summary judgment to appellee, Super Fresh Food Markets, Inc. (“Super Fresh”). This negligence action originated in the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was removed on Super Fresh’s motion to federal district court on the basis of diversity of citizenship.
