I would affirm the judgment entered by the Mobile Juvenile Court ("the juvenile court") that terminated the parental rights of H.B. ("the mother"). Therefore, I dissent.

The record indicates that the mother has a history of mental illness and that she was diagnosed at age 22 with psychosisschizophrenia. The mother was 37 years old at the time of the termination hearing, and the child was 9 years old. The mother is disabled as a result of her mental illness.
