In this action the plaintiff is seeking to recover for personal injuries received on October 11, 1924, at about 6:45 in the evening, when the automobile which she was operating on Elm Street, in Stoneham, came into collision with a standing street car. The jury found for the plaintiff. The defendant’s exceptions relate to the refusal by the judge to direct a verdict for the defendant, to his refusal to give certain rulings requested, and to portions of the charge.
