Appeal from Tarrant County Court; Charles ¶. Prewitt, Judge. Suit by Mrs. Minnie May McCamant, on behalf of herself and. as community administra-trix of the estate of herself and of her deceased husband, W. A. McOamant, against R. Tj. McOamant and others, to vacate a judgment obtained by defendant McOamant. Judgment against plaintiff individually and as community administratrix, denying the relief sought, and for costs of suit, and she appeals.

On January 14, 1910, J. W. and J. H. Woodard, of Tarrant county, executed and delivered to Mrs. Minnie May McOamant, community administratrix of the estate of herself and her husband, W. A. McOamant, deceased, a certain note in the sum of $700, due August 1, 1910. On January 1, 1911, Mrs. McOamant for the purpose of securing her brother-in-law, R. L. McOamant in the payment of certain indebtedness due him by the community estate of which Mrs. McOa-mant was administratrix, and to secure him against loss by reason of the payment of a certain $400 noté, which W.
