Memorandum: Petitioners, who are insured under the terms *542of a Motor Vehicle Accident Indemnification Corporation (MVAI'C) endorsement on their liability insurance policy, appeal from an order granting a stay of arbitration and directing a trial to determine if their notice of claim has been timely filed.
