On October 29, 1932, Kay Bee Company, a corporation, executed its trust deed by the provisions of which it conveyed to the First National Bank of Ottawa, as trustee, certain described premises in Whiteside connty. This trust deed was given to secure the payment of two bonds, numbered one and two respectively, each payable to bearer, each for the sum of $25,000, each due July 1,1938 and each bearing six per cent interest, interest payable semiannually and evidenced by coupons attached to said bonds.
