Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 3, 2011, which ruled that claimant sustained a compensable injury.
Claimant worked for the employer as a laborer, delivering and installing marble floors. On March 5, 2007, claimant experienced dizziness and saw lights while straining to carry a heavy marble floor up a flight of stairs with coworkers. Claimant went to the hospital later that day complaining of headaches and blurry vision.
