LEVIN, District Judge.

This action is brought to reform a written contract and for an accounting based upon the contract as reformed. The juris*382diction of the court is asserted upon the diversity of citizenship of the parties and the statutory amount involved.

In February, 1936, the defendant secured a license under Title II of the National Housing Act, 12 U.S.C.A. § 1707 et seq., permitting it to act as a mortgagee under that Act. Mortgages made in accordance with the provisions of Title II were insured for the full amount of principal and interest by the Federal Housing Administration (F.H.A.)…
