This is a proceeding for writ of habeas corpus by a State prisoner confined in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary at McAlester, Oklahoma, who challenges his detention by virtue of the judgment and sentence of the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, in case No. 34,358. Therein, petitioner was charged with the crime of Robbery With Firearms After Former Conviction of a Felony.
