This adversary proceeding is before the court upon the Complaint to Revoke and Deny Discharge of Debtor Under 11 U.S.C. § 727 on the Ground of Fraud (Complaint) filed by the Plaintiff, Buckeye Retirement Company, LLC (Buckeye), as successor in interest to the Cadle Company, on July 1, 2002. By its Complaint, the Plaintiff seeks the revocation of the Debt- or’s discharge pursuant to either 11 U.S.C.A. § 727(d)(1) or (2) (West 1993). The trial was held on January 15, 2003.
