This matter comes before the Court on Gore Marine Corporation’s Complaint for Exoneration From or Limitation of Liability (Doc. # 1), filed on August 22, 2008. In due course, claims were filed by Donna J. Skaggs (Doc. # 16), Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC (Doc. # 19), and Triple S Marine, LLC (Doc. #22). 1 The parties filed an Amended Joint Pretrial Statement (Doc. # 109), which will govern this case to the extent it is not inconsistent with any order of the Court.
