GRAVES, Judge.

Appellant was charged by complaint and information with committing an aggravated assault by means of driving an automobile in and upon the person of one Bessie Heiner, and causing to her injuries less than death, and was by the jury *203found guilty and assessed a fine of $100.00 and imprisonment in the county jail for one month.
