This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law [Doc. 170].

This case was tried before a jury from February 13, 2017 to February 28, 2017. At the close of evidence, Defendants moved for directed verdict in their favor *1341on Plaintiffs' claim for contributory trademark infringement.
