In an action to recover legal fees, the defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Barone, J.), entered November 15, 2004, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, dismissed the defendant’s affirmative defenses, and denied her cross motion to dismiss the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court entered November 17, 2004, which, upon the order, is in favor of the plaintiff and against her in the sum of $97,119.17.
Ordered that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
