This is an appeal from the decree of the judge of probate, allowing a copy of the will of Beulah Crippen, deceased, proved and allowed by the probate court for the District of Salisbury and State of Connecticut, together with an authenticated copy of the probate thereof, to be filed in the probate court of this county, and letters testamentary to be issued thereon. The case comes before this court upon the report of Mr. Justice Dewey, by whom the appeal has been heard.
