POMEROY, Justice.

This couple says they had a very stormy marriage.

The record in this case demonstrates they are having a very stormy divorce.

This action was commenced by the filing of a divorce complaint on October 28, 1969, in the District Court, District No. 3. The complaint prayed for:(1) a divorce.(2) care and custody of the minor child.(3) that the defendant be ordered to pay a reasonable sum for the support of said child.(4) that reasonable alimony may be ordered paid to this plaintiff out of the estate of the said defendant or in lieu thereof a specific sum may be paid to her by him.
