This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of Chapter 7 Debtor to Reopen Case and Motion for Enforcement of Settlement Agreement, and the Motion of Chapter 7 Debtor to Quash Subpoena, all filed in this case on January 26, 1995, by Thomas Arthur Hanks (hereinafter “Debtor”). By these Motions, the Debtor seeks to reopen his dismissed Chapter 7 case in order to enforce a settlement agreement he allegedly reached with Thomas-McKinnon Securities, Inc. (hereinafter “TMSI”).
