This case presents error from the district court of Osage county, Okla. The plaintiff in error was a candidate at the general election held on the 8th day of November, 1910, for judge of the district court of the Twenty-Fourth district court judicial district of the state of Oklahoma, composed of the counties of Osage and Washington. Plis sole opponent for the said office was R. H. Pludson.
