CAMERON, Circuit Judge.
This interlocutory appeal involves the correct determination of the time of the taking of several parcels of land or interests therein to the end that such time may be fixed before the eminent domain proceedings are brought to the stage of ascertaining and fixing the amount of the damages. The lands and interests the appellant United States seeks to acquire by this action are to provide a strategic áddition to the Orlando Air Force Base in Florida.
